Introducing Objective Academy

At the beginning of 2020, the idea came to digitalize the classroom training courses on the Objective functionalities and switch to e-learning. In this way, a major advantage was created for employees and partners who want to increase their knowledge of our software. Now they can follow an online training immediately, at their own pace and when it suits their schedule.

After a comparative study, a platform was selected and the existing course materials were added to the new e-learning tool. In this digital environment, every student has the course materials such as slides and exercises available at any time. The e-learning platform was introduced as our official ‘Objective Academy’ and was made available to all employees on September 1, 2020.

Slowly but surely, the content is being expanded with numerous slides, documents and videos with recorded texts. Subtitling is also available for those who need it. Furthermore, animated videos are also being made to explain the basics of the more difficult concepts in a visual and simple way.

Currently, we are working on the implementation of certification assignments in the virtual environment. After passing the test of a certain course, it will become possible for the student to obtain a digital certificate. In this way we will not only be able to include employees, but also Objective’s partners in the e-learning program. A long term job, but certainly worthwhile to share and make available as much knowledge as possible.
