Driving recruitment best practices and transforming our recruitment strategies for the future are central to this job. Key tasks are:

  • End to end recruitment management across Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Source the best candidates through different channels, including LinkedIn, Job boards, university/schools.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers on their vacancies to identify the right recruitment approach.
  • Collaborate with agencies where appropriate.
  • Provide regular reporting on the Talent Acquisition activities and identify action plans where needed.
  • Support Employer Branding activities in close collaboration with Marketing
  • Support HR colleagues with other operational HR tasks as trainings, personal development plans, talent management, …



  • You have a strong experience in IT recruitment – including management of roles across all levels of seniority
  • You have experience with recruitment via new social media.
  • You obtained a Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience).
  • You communicate fluently (NL, EN, FR).
  • You can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
