YOUR TASKS

 

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area and for the organizational and administrative support of the various departments:

  • Answering and transferring incoming phones;
  • Welcoming customers and suppliers;
  • Facility management;
  • Planning and managing meeting rooms (ordering sandwiches, physically preparing the rooms);
  • Organizing business trips;
  • Stock management of office equipment and household products;
  • Mail handling, including receiving and sending packages;
  • Be able to provide administrative support to colleagues in other departments.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • You can look back on several years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • You are hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and you can also express yourself fluently in English and French (both spoken and written);
  • You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
  • You are an independent and versatile person with a sense of initiative;
  • You have strong organizational skills.
